About me

My name is Callum, and I am a BACP Registered Therapist with neurodivergence based in Manchester. I understand that choosing the right therapist can be a confusing and often overwhelming decision. With so many different modalities and approaches out there, it’s not always easy to know what’s best for you.

In my practice, I use a person-centered approach, which means that you are at the heart of everything we do together. I believe in the power of empathy, understanding, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or misunderstanding.

What do I offer?

At the heart of my practice is a person-centered approach, built on a foundation of empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental safe space. By integrating thoughtful techniques that focus on self-awareness, personal growth, and the dynamics of your relationships, I aim to help you gain deeper insights and make meaningful changes in your life.

Self-Mastery

Personal growth will help you feel more in control as you’re not at the mercy of others and circumstances, but instead be able to manage your responses to the situations that arise.

Kind words from clients

I can honestly say that the difference you made for me was huge, I learned a lot about myself with your guidance.
